Refund policy

All sales are final. The Canadian Institute of Home Inspectors does not offer refunds on course registrations once payment has been processed and course materials have been shipped or digital access has been granted.

Damaged or Lost Modules If your printed study modules arrive damaged or do not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, we will replace them at no additional cost. Please contact our education team within 14 days of your expected delivery date.

Payment Plans Students enrolled on a 2 or 3 month payment plan are committed to the full tuition amount upon registration. Remaining installments are due regardless of course progress or completion status. By registering and receiving your modules, you agree to fulfill all scheduled payments.
